1/3 mile Progressively banked Paved Oval - Lake Geneva, WI

 Lake Geneva Raceway started off as a dragstrip back in the early 60's. In 1966 a flat quarter mile track was built through part of that dragstrip. With modifieds racing three nights a week, late models came in on Saturday nights and that weekly grind grew into a place in history.  By 1989, race fans were looking for something else. They wanted a larger track. In 1990 the new decade brought southeastern Wisconsin, the world's fastest one third mile paved banked oval.
